Reflection
This internship kind of had an effect on my college/career plans, because going into it I felt as if I wanted to actually work at the Y to eventually become a CEO or someone high up there, but doing this internship I realized that I don't want to work with kids and that I need something more intense. I will certainly continue to work at the Y as a side job or something to do when I get home from college or on the weekend, but definitely not as a main job. I am appreciative of the skills that it has taught me, but In the future I would like to work for a bigger company with more tasks that need to be done.
